Learn Individual Techniques first;
not combinations or full forms
Many Longstaff students looking on trainings clips that teach a full combo or a form. The matrial does not actually break down each individual technique. Once you learn all individual techniques; you can then string together amazing combinations and forms. Beginners in Jangmookido starting with Kibondonjak, the basics. The most important part of the basic educations are posture, right/left side long rod knowledge, clean jangbong (attacks and spins) technology and the disciplined use of Jangmookido is very important.
